Electricity Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions

The E4B Price Guarantee is subject to E4Bs current Terms and Conditions of Supply. The promotion is available to businesses in England, Scotland or Wales with electricity supply profile class in the range 01 to 08 and an estimated annual consumption of between 8,000 and 150,000kWh, but excludes customers with prepayment or half hourly metering.

E4B guarantees to provide a quote that is at least £25 cheaper than that provided by any other competitive electricity supply company based on an equivalent estimated annual consumption of energy, for a fixed price tariff, one year contract term and monthly payment by direct debit. The customer must first obtain an E4B quote and then a corresponding competitor quote dated no later than 28 days after the original E4B quote date.

Applications to E4B must be made directly by customers (those from brokers and customer agents will not qualify), and include a copy of the competitor quote (from an accredited electricity supply company) as well as the original E4B quote. The competitor quote must be effective and cannot have expired on date of receipt by E4B. No responsibility is accepted for lost, damaged or delayed applications. A customer may only make one application for a revised quote. E4B reserves to right to accept or reject applications at its sole discretion.

If the customer qualifies for the promotion, E4B will provide a revised quote at a cheaper price, valid for 14 days.

This promotion is valid until 1st May 2008. E4B may extend the promotion for a further period or terminate it earlier than stated.
